1.Education

Tunisia is an exemplary, successful model as regards social development characterized by its birth control program and the wealth of its professional competence.
An important effort has been accomplished to better prepare young Tunisians for the dynamic pace of change in the country. The present educational system trains students in three languages at least (Arabic, French and English) if not more. The use of computers is becoming widespread in order to allow the young generation to be “in tune” with the real world. All institutions of learning are computerised and connected to Internet.

The government assumes the training costs through its funds for professional adaptation and insertion for English-language teaching programs and computer science courses for students in university. Numerous technological institutes have been established to increase the number of mid-level managers and to adapt training resources to the country’s needs. Research and technical centers established for almost all the business fields.

3. The job-market

Tunisia has a large number of young graduates seeking jobs. Their skills and qualifications in technical areas are acknowledged worldwide. 57.2% of new job seekers have a university degree or professional certificate.
